♫ Fleetwood Bac. The original tribute band i.e. the first (and they claim the best) Fleetwood Mac tribute band. Peforming ‘Rumours’. Saturday 3rd September — The O2 Academy Oxford. Tickets £18.55. 14+. Accessibility info here

James St Open Mic. Open mic music night. Sunday 4th September, 2.30-6.30pm — James St. Tavern. Weekly event. Free. Accessibility info here

G-Squared. Italian indie-rock band with funk, Britpop and blues influences as well. Sunday 4th September, 9-11pm — James St. Tavern. Free. Accessibility info here

🎟️St Giles Fair. The centuries-old fair returns to St Giles. Monday 5th – Tuesday 6th September, 11am-11pm both days.

🎟️ Contemporary Dance 2.0. From choreographer Hofesh Shechter and his company Shechter II. Wednesday 7th September, 7.30pm — Main Stage, Oxford Playhouse. Remaining tickets priced from around £11 for students (up to £32 for non-students, variation depending on selected seat).

📅 The Oxford Wine Festival. Try wines from a range of merchants including local suppliers. Organised in three sessions (Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, Saturday evening). Friday 9th – Saturday 10th September — The Oxford Union. Tickets £22.50 (includes 11 wine samples).

🎤 Saturday Night Comedy. Saturday 10th September, 7.15pm — The Glee Club. Tickets £16.75; Students £10.50. Booking fee £1.85. Weekly event. 

📅 Oxford Open Doors. Access spaces that are not always available to the public and attend lots of interesting events and talks. Includes churches, synagogues, colleges, libraries, Carfax Tower and much more. Saturday 10th – Sunday 11th September. Free. Some events require pre-booking

♫ A-Tota-So Concert. Math-y grunge band. Event also features Civil Villains, Kulk, And What. Sunday 11th September — The Library. Tickets £6.60. 18+, event space is down a short flight of stairs.
