In a rare Times/Guardian collaboration, Guardian star columnist and interviewer Hadley Freeman and Times feature writer and interviewer Andrew Billen are joining us for our GRAND FINALE: our very last event of Trinity 2020 on Wednesday 5th Week, 5pm.

Hadley Freeman, an alumna of St Annes College, Oxford, and writes a Weekend column for the Guardian, as well as being a celebrity interviewer and feature writer. Hadley is celebrating 20 years in journalism this week, and admitted to accidentally offending Tom Hanks and fake-bombing her own The Guardian office in this week’s column.

Hadley worked on the fashion desk of The Guardian for eight years, and also contributes to the UK version of Vogue.

Andrew Billen is currently a feature writer and celebrity interviewer for The Times. Andrew has had two stints on The Times, from 1984-9 and from 2002 to the present, and wrote the weekly “The Andrew Billen Interview” for five years. Andrew has been in journalism for 40 years, and when not interviewing, he can often be found whistleblowing about his old college, Christ Church.

Andrew has also been a TV critic for both the New Statesman and The Times, and has been shortlisted five times for interviewer of the year in the UK Press Awards.
