Monday, 3 February
Informative: Women in Science Panel, 7:30pm, 10 Merton Street
Organised by UNWomen Oxford, the panel will put gender issues in science under the microscope. £4 entry for non-members, but membership can be bought for the term or the year at the door.
Chill: Parasite screening and Q&A with director Bong Joon Ho, 6:00 pm, Phoenix Picturehouse
Sit back and watch the wildly successful Korean film Parasite followed by a discussion with the director. £12.60 for student tickets; buy here.

Tuesday, 4 February
Informative: Daniel Hannan MEP, 6:00 pm, Simpkins Lee Theatre, Lady Margaret Hall
Hannan will speak at Lady Margaret Hall following Britain’s official exit from the EU. Co-organised by Oxford PPE Society and Oxford University Conservative Association. Hannan was an instrumental founder of the Vote Leave campaign. Free.
Chill: Measure for Measure, 9:30 pm, Burton Taylor Studio
Witness this exciting modern rendition of Shakespeare’s Measure for Measure featuring live music and a majority-female cast. Tickets £6 here.
Night out: Whisky Cocktails with Oxford Whisky Society, 7:30 pm, Brasenose College

Wednesday, 5 February
Informative: Legacies of Nazi Persecution and the Quest for Justice, 5:00 pm, Merton College
Oxford History Society speaks with Professor Mary Fulbrook about her recent book about memory and experience of German survivors and perpetrators of the Holocaust. Free.
Chill: Spoken Word Night, 6:30 pm, St Hilda’s College
Artists and students perform their spoken word poetry. The theme of the night is “devotion”. Free.
Night out: 80s Throwback Party, 10:00 pm, Park End
The 80s may not have been the greatest hair and fashion decade the world has ever known, but it did give us some of the greatest bops. Thursday, 6 February
